Description
Foxes Safari Camp is situated a few miles from the Tanzania, Zambia road which passes through the Mikumi National Park. This is the only small, personalized camp in Mikumi and, set up on a rocky kopje on the Mkata flood plain, it presides over the best game viewing area of the park, the Mwanamboka waterhole.

The camp combines creature comforts with a bush experience. Large canvas tents raised on wooden platforms are sited around the rock kopje overlooking the floodplain.

NOTE: The camp burned in a bush fire and is currently being rebuilt (Comment: October 2008)
